Request for Qualifications – Pre-Submittal Conference

The Bull Street Development, LLC, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Construction Management At-Risk Services for improvements to be made on parts of the Bull Street Campus in Columbia, South Carolina.  The company is looking to demolish structures, pavements and utilities and construct streets, utility lines, landscaping, trails, etc.  Qualifications are due April 30, 2015.

UPDATED: Multi-Use Venue Development Agreement: Hardball Capital Bull Street Development
This agreement represents negotiations between the City of Columbia, Hughes Development Corporation and Hardball Capital for the design and construction of the Multi-Use Entertainment Venue planned as part of the Columbia Common (Bull Street) Development.  The Multi Use Entertainment Venue is scheduled to be complete in March of 2016, with the first pitch of Baseball being planned for April 2016.

Venue Development Agreement

The Venue Development Agreement is available for review in advance of the First Reading on June 17, 2014. This agreement represents negotiations between the City of Columbia, Hughes Development Corporation and Hardball Capital for the design and construction of the Multi-Use Entertainment Venue planned as part of the Columbia Common (Bull Street) Development.  The Multi Use Entertainment Venue is scheduled to be complete in March of 2016, with the first pitch of Baseball being planned for April 2016.
